The Hyatt Regency San Francisco hotel is situated on the Embarcadero waterfront across from the historic Ferry Building. Guests of the Hyatt Regency enjoy immediate access and views to both the Financial District and the San Francisco Bay. With the hotel's convenient location, guests may choose to spend free time wandering through Chinatown to Fisherman's Wharf, taking the ferry to Alcatraz, shopping in Union Square or boarding the cable cars for a riding tour of the city.

Do I need to stay at the hotel?
No. However, staying on site at the hotel does enhance your experience as you will not have to worry about commuting to the conference.
Getting to the Conference by Air
The Hyatt Regency is located approximately 30 minutes from both San Francisco International Airport and Oakland Airport. The Hyatt does not have a shuttle service, however you can click here to see the various transportation options to the hotel from SFO and Oakland airports. We also recommend taking BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) directly to the Hyatt from both airports (exit at Embarcadero Station). BART fare to/from SFO is $8.25 each way. BART fare to/from OAK is $3.85 plus a $3.00 cash only AirBART shuttle.
Getting to the Conference by Public Transit
We recommend taking public transportation to the conference. The Hyatt Regency is located on several Muni (www.sfmuni.com) bus and street car lines, including the historic F line and the California Street Cable car. BART (www.bart.gov) is also an easy way to get to the conference. Simply select Embarcadero Station as your destination, use the Drumm Street exit and the hotel is right there! The Ferry Building is across the street from the hotel with ferry service to Oakland, Alameda, Marin, and Vallejo.
Parking at the conference
All-Day Parking at the Hyatt Regency (valet) for hotel guests is $57.00 and includes in and out privileges; All-Day Parking for non-hotel guests is $62.50 with no in and out option. The hourly rates is $15/hr (max $62.50).
There is also 24-hour parking at the Embarcadero Center (Self Park). Rates are $3.00 for each 15 minutes ($32.00 max). For information on parking with validation, please visit embarcaderocenter.com.
Once You Arrive at the Conference
When you arrive at the Hyatt, you must first stop at the conference Registration Desk on the Lower Level to pick up your badge and your event guide, which includes complete schedules and locations. Your badge will be your only admission to classes and events.
