In this all-day intensive deep in the beauty and surprises of San Francisco, invite fresh air and a spirit of exploration into your yoga practice. Along the exploration of the city, we'll settle into different yoga stations designed to stretch, open, and challenge our bodies. The city can be a challenge to discover on your own. We will find hidden architectural gems as well as stunning views of Bay and beyond. No hike in SF is complete without some amazing hills to challenge your fitness and exhilarate your entire being. There will be ample time for reflection and breathwork. This unique all-day adventure integrates the cardio of hiking with the power of yoga. Come prepared for a vigorous hike and wear appropriate shoes. Running shoes will be sufficient.

What to bring: A small backpack to carry your things (such as a water bottle, extra layer, sunscreen), and a camera if you wish. Bring a light raincoat or shell.
No mats required. Rain or shine. Please be prepared for the weather--it can be quite cool in the mornings and always a chance of fog or rain. No experience is necessary, but good general health is recommended. We will have a quick, casual lunch stop.
