Like organic farmers who understand the subtle interplay of soil, sustenance, and climate, we can develop sensitivity to the dynamic exchange between our body, mind, and social environment. This workshop will be rooted in neuroscience, grounded through tools from the yogic, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic traditions, and infused with a practical, modern context. Through simple and powerful practices that affect the mental body, enteric nervous system (belly brain), and autonomic nervous system, we'll plant the seeds for emotional well-being.
