You must pre-register for all classes. You will need to determine the specific classes you would like to take for each session that you are attending, prior to registering.

How to Register Classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment in full must accompany registration. Once you know which classes you would like to attend, there are four ways to register:
When registering online be sure to check the box next to each class you would like to attend and review your selected classes before you complete your registration as well as when you receive your confirmation email.

All faxed registration forms must be received by January 5, 2015. Any faxed registration forms received after this date may not be processed.

Course ID codes appear with each course description. When registering online through RegOnline, all open and available classes will be visible. When registering by fax or mail, you must indicate a first, second, and third choice for each session. We will make every effort to place you in your first choice. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your registration is processed.
Class changes will be available on-line, by email or phone until January 3, 2015. After January 3, class changes can be made via phone, email or on-site for a $10 class change fee. Please have the codes of what you would like to change into ready if you call.
Refunds and Cancellations
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or to Horizon Conferences, 1107 Pearl St., Boulder, CO 80302. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation; keep this confirmation of your cancellation.
Cancellations received on or before December 26, 2014 will be issued a refund, minus a $100 processing fee. All cancellations must acknowledge an understanding of the $100 processing fee.
Cancellations received after December 26, 2014 will receive a nonrefundable voucher (minus $100 processing fee) toward a future Yoga Journal event, valid for one year. Vouchers will be issued two weeks after the event.
All cancellations must be received via email at least 24 hours before your first scheduled class in order to receive a voucher. A voucher will not be issued if you: cancel less than 24 hours before your first scheduled class; do not show up; or, leave an event early for any reason.
There are NO REFUNDS for Friday evening classes or paid special events.
Release of Liability and Indemnity: By registering and voluntarily participating in a yoga event and related activities produced by Cruz Bay Publishing, Active Interest Media, Inc. and Yoga Journal Events (collectively referred to as "YJE"), attendees do so with full knowledge of the inherent risks associated with yoga practice and any related activity, and accept the risks of injury, death and other damages arising from participation.
Attendees and their assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives will not assert any claim, demand, complaint or sue YJE, or any of their agents, employees, officers, presenters, sponsors, suppliers, vendors or affiliates ("Released Parties") for any injury, death or other damages resulting from any negligence, recklessness or willful actions by any of the Released Parties occurring in the course of attendance at an event and any related activity. Attendees will release the Released Parties from all actions, claims, demands and complaints that they have or may hereafter have for injury, death or other damages resulting from attendance and use of the facilities provided by YJE. Further, attendees will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties and each of them from any loss, liability, damage or expense that any of them may incur as a result of my participation in the activities and use of the facilities provided by YJE.
Photography/Videography Release: By registering and voluntarily participating in an event and related activities produced by YJE, attendees consent to the use of their image in YJE editorial and promotional materials in any manner and any media throughout the world in perpetuity, and all resulting intellectual property shall be the sole property of YJE. Attendees will permit that their image from participation in an event to be edited at the sole discretion of YJE and will expressly release the Released Parties and any of their licensees and assignees from and against any claims, demands and actions that attendees may have or may hereafter have for invasion of privacy, defamation, or any other cause of action whatsoever arising out of the production, distribution, broadcast, exhibition or other forms of communication by YJE.
