All classes and events will be held in Midtown Manhattan at the Hilton New York, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, NYC 10019 (6th Avenue between W. 53rd and W. 54th). Tel: 1-212-586-7000.
The Hilton New York is a sophisticated international hotel conveniently located at Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center, and in the midst of business headquarters and media centers. The hotel is also near Broadway theatres and Times Square, one block from Fifth Avenue shopping, and steps from legendary attractions such as the Museum of Modern Art, Central Park, and Carnegie Hall.
Yoga Journalís discounted room rate has expired. All lodging must be booked directly with the hotel. For room availability please call 212-586-7000 and state code: YOGA or Yoga Journal. A non-refundable first-night deposit must be made with your credit card when you secure your reservation. Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 12:00 noon.

Getting to the event by air
The Hilton New York can be easily reached from La Guardia, John F. Kennedy, and Newark airports. Taxi fares range from $35 (La Guardia) to $80 (Newark) not including tolls/gratuity. Shared shuttle service is available from all three airports through Airlink for under $28 and can be booked online. With advance reservations through the Hilton Transportation Desk at 212-247-0897, a return Airlink shuttle service is also available from the hotel.
Getting to the event by public transit
The Hilton New York is also centrally located, on 6th Avenue between W. 53rd and W. 54th. We recommend taking public transportation to the event--the B, D, E, F, N, Q, and R trains all stop near the hotel.
Getting to the event by car
24 hour parking at the Hilton New York (valet) is $51.00 for hotel guests and non hotel guests, and includes in and out privileges. For more information about getting to the event you can visit the Hilton New York's map and directions page.

Yoga Gear and Props
Yoga mats are not provided. We strongly suggest that you bring a yoga mat and any other props you use in your regular practice. See course descriptions for other required items. Some of these items will also be available for sale on-site during limited marketplace hours.
Once you Arrive
When you arrive at the Hilton, you must first stop at the Yoga Journal Registration Desk on the second floor promenade to pick up your badge and your event guide, which includes complete schedules and locations. Your badge will be your only admission to classes and events.
