Kiersten Mooney, E-RYT 500, owns Bala Vinyasa Yoga, Baptiste Affiliate Studios, and 200- and 300-hour Registered Yoga Schools in Naples and Miami, FL. She is a Senior Baptiste teacher and lululemon athletica ambassador. Kiersten has been a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer since '92 and has trained professional athletes. She has completed extensive research in sports-specific training and is currently collaborating with University of Miami on yoga research. She is also on the leadership board of the Africa Yoga Project. Her passion is to inspire others to awaken to their personal power to live fully and courageously with total self-acceptance and to empower each and every person to make a significant contribution to the world.
