Kiersten Mooney owns Bala Vinyasa Yoga, a Baptiste Affiliate Studio and Registered Yoga School in Naples and Miami, FL. Her strong background in physiology enables her to safely and effectively guide her students to their edge while allowing them the space to support their growth. Kiersten holds undergraduate degrees in sociology and exercise sports science, and graduate degrees in both exercise physiology and nutrition; she has been a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer since 1992.
